Please note that no where on the site do we buy or sell Upc's. We provide the Upc's at no charge, but you have to pay for our time expressed as a handling charge. When you hire any kind of service, the parts are separate from the labor. At this site, you're only paying for the labor. We do not make any claims to buy or sell Upc's. We are careful to state that you are paying a handling charge per item.
