I ship out my end usally within one day of receiving payment. If you are an established customer and are sending payment by mail, i will most often send my end after your order is made, without waiting for payment first.
Sometimes i can get a little behind and it may take a couple of days untill i am able to get your end sent out.

If you have recieved a damaged label which is not usable please contact us using the from on our contact us page. We will either credit your account, or send a replacement with your next order. Your Choice! Please do not return damaged labels, if they are no good to you then they are no good to us either.
